It was a wonderful time volunteering, but their organization and communication can be improved.

This organization is well-organized, and your volunteer time is flexible, but most of all, you can feel the impact on the teenager's life as you help them to negotiate the difficulties of life in high school. It's personal, and all the people who want a mentor in this program are very personable. A great time with great kids! Two thumbs up!
