Description

The Sanar Wellness Institute provides holistic wellness services to survivors of gender-based violence including human trafficking, sexual violence, and intimate partner violence through our resiliency initiative in a peaceful and compassionate environment.

Each Sanar program through the Resiliency Initiative is grounded in both individual and group supportdesigned to create a positive and supportive community for survivors while fostering growth, resiliency andlife-long wellness. The Sanar space allows individuals to connect with one another in a safe environment while building healthy support networks, mentorship and positive relationships. Sanar offers trauma-informed programs through its Resiliency Initiative that aim to support each individual survivor in services including: Expressive arts therapy, Counseling and therapeutic support and mindfulness and meditation
