Mission Statement

At CCH we build and manage affordable housing where seniors live and thrive in the comfort of their own homes. We believe doing so is better for communities as a whole and the seniors we serve.

Description

We currently manage and/or own/co-own 59 communities in 6 states - California, Colorado, Georgia, Missouri, Oregon, and Texas. All are affordable senior housing communities with the exception of Keller Plaza, a family property in Oakland, California, and River Kourt, which provides housing and support services for severely brain-injured residents.
