Mission Statement

Yorktown Trail Town Committee promotes sustainable economic development and greater social cohesion in the Town of Yorktown by increasing awareness of its trail systems, enhancing trail user experience, and communicating to trail users the services of nearby businesses.

Description

The Yorktown Trail Town Committee ( www.yorktowntrailtown.org) supports a sustainable Yorktown economy by connecting trail and park users to local businesses while celebrating Yorktown’s trails, parks, and open spaces.

We use multimedia to inform trail users about local businesses; organize walking, hiking, biking, and other recreational events; and advocate for improvements to trails and open spaces.
