iAmerica is a multi-disciplinary, people oriented organization specializing in Comprehensive Health, Behavioral, Mental Health, and Chemical Dependency Diagnosis. Treatment and prevention at our outpatient clinics, in-homes, schools, facilities, and workplace. We are a dedicated team of professionals who understand the struggles of dealing with the health, substance abuse and other behavioral & mental health issues therefore we try to accommodate your needs in the way which would best suit your circumstance. We strive to help each individual identify, adapt and effectively deal with difficult times both at our facilities and in the community settings.
We have been open for more than 5 years serving Detroit and Metro Detroit areas as full service mental health outpatient clinic providing, individual, family and couples therapy, psychiatric services, medical care, case management and substance abuse services. We are in process of establishing low cost medical clinic (free for those who can't pay) and a pharmacy as well will expending our community outreach services in the following areas.
We are dedicated to do whatever is needed to help our young victims, at-risk youth and their parents. Following are a few of our services that fall under this category: 1.Help Hotline, 1-313-558-9398, is dedicated to the protection, safety and wellness of our youth, families and communities. 2. We are in the process of starting a Shelter for abused and homeless girls and women. 3. Free Counselling and Mentoring Services for youth and families in need.
