NALS was founded in 1929 and has been dedicated to members of the legal community ever since. It is the oldest association for legal support professionals, and is the only association that is all-inclusive-giving you a home whether you stay on your current career path or branch out into a new opportunity in the legal profession. This inclusivity provides a broad perspective and allows for shared learning experiences and life-long relationships with colleagues from across the country.

Volunteers are at the heart of NALS.
