In the summer of 2004 a new non-profit humane organization was founded in Northern Minnesota called EQUINE ALLIES, INC. The mission of our organization is threefold: To educate the public about the humane care and treatment of horses, To advocate for equine welfare and To further the bond between people and horses.

EQUINE ALLIES, INC., has no paid staff and 100% of all proceeds go toward advocating for equine welfare and the education of horse owners. The organization depends solely on donations, volunteers and fundraising to operate.
