Sylvan Crossings' mission is to provide quality care to frail elders in our community. We pledge to provide this care in a trustworthy, secure and respectful manner through combining a high level of professionalism with compassion, patience, sensitivity, creativity and humor. We are committed to providing a comfortable, homelike environment that celebrates life, stimulates feelings of belonging, self-respect, and happiness. Each resident is treated as the unique and special person that he or she is. We pride ourselves on being responsive to the changing abilities of our residents and our ability to provide support to families through understanding, open communication and involvement in decisions regarding the family's loved one.
