Mission Statement

Improving the lives of persons and their families living with mental illness by offering support, education and advocacy.

Description

We provide support groups and classes for people living with mental illness as well as groups for their families and friends. We also offer educational talks (The In Our Own Voice program) to help people understand the effects of mental illness. This is done by people who are living well with a mental health diagnosis telling their personal stories of hope and recovery.
