Mission Statement

Hope Out Loud is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) charitable organization that partners with our international community to put an end to human trafficking, to improve access to behavioral health services and to create water wells that provide clean and drinkable water to the under-served communities in the developing world. This gave birth to the You Get. We Give. concept where every purchase you get, we give to a person in need. Every health product you get, we give a sanitation package. Every autism-specialty item you get, we give towards the Co-Pay It Forward program. Every H2O product you get, we give clean water to a person in need. Every handcrafted item you get, give job creation to a survivor of human trafficking.

Description

Dr. Rob and Ami Douk led a team of 27 high school students to Thailand in the summer of 2005. Together they volunteered at several orphanages and realized the lack of education that was in place for the children. They also volunteered at a fish farm that summer that was designed to create jobs for survivors of the human trafficking industry. Since then, they have taken subsequent trips to other countries facing similar hardships.

Health Initiative focuses on innovative programs aimed to improve the quality of life for individuals and their families affected by autism and other developmental disabilities.

H2O Initiative explores the best opportunities to help the world’s most under served population have access to clean water.

Hope Initiative is committed to achieving lasting and sustainable change that transforms people’s lives. Once health and hunger needs are met, hope is instilled through programs geared towards providing tools for sustainable progress. Such tools include providing education and technological resources to build self-reliance in our targeted groups.
