Mission Statement

Corazón de Vida Foundation (CDV) Funded in 1994 is a for-purpose organization providing life changing support for orphaned and abandoned children in Baja, Mexico. We are on a mission to end child abandonment by breaking the vicious cycle of poverty. We believe every child's life is valued and holds the same potential, excitement and opportunity as any other life. It is up to us to work together to make sure our care transforms into each child's hope for the future. Currently CDV is helping to feed, clothe, shelter, and educate over 700 children each day living in over 10 orphanages.

Our trips are held on the third Saturday of the month. Pick up locations in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. We visit one of the homes we support on a one day, there and back trip. Guests under 18 need to have a release form sign by a parent and groups are welcome. We can plan a separate trip for group of 45 or more.

While at the orphanage, we make a meal, provide crafts and games, and share love and attention with children who often go without. Trips are filling several weeks in advance - visit our web page to sign up or email as quickly as possible if you want to reserve a space on the CDV Baja Bus.
