Child Care Resource Center connects families with quality child care, provides training to the early education and child care professional workforce, administers the state's child care voucher program, and collects and shares data for community planning purposes. Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) is the regional child care resource and referral agency for Cambridge, Somerville, Watertown, Newton, Belmont, Arlington, Wellesley, Weston, and Needham. In collaboration with partners in the greater Boston area, CCRC also develops programs specific to the needs of local communities. All CCRC programs serve low and moderate-income families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and are designed to: · Increase access to affordable, high quality early education and child care. · Increase access to health care and vital services parents need to ensure family stability. · Assist families in making informed decisions about early education and child care and other resources. · Build knowledge and skills of early education and child care providers. · Meet the emerging needs of our community's children and their families.
