Description

The Scioto Juvenile Correctional Facility (SJCF) is the male reception center in the Ohio Department of Youth Services (DYS) located in Delaware, Ohio. SJCF also houses the female juvenile offenders committed to our department. Scioto Juvenile Correctional Facility provides one of the most extensive assessment programs in the nation available for juvenile offenders.

It is the mission of DYS to prepare youth to lead a productive, crime free life when they are released back into their communities.
