The Gerald A. Bartell Community Theatre Foundation's mission is the support of community-based performing arts in Madison, WI through the support of six resident companies.

Description

The Gerald A. Bartell Community Theatre Foundation is one of the nation's few Co-Op theatres. It exists to support the performing arts and the Madison, WI community that creates them. Six unique resident companies form the core of the Bartell family, including companies devoted to integrating people with disabilities in the arts, exploring LGBT issues, producing innovative and challenging theatre, children's performing arts, and producing more traditional theatrical pieces.
