The statistics for mortality in the State of Oklahoma indicate that 93 people a month die from Diabetes and many others have related health events such as obesity, blindness, amputations, liver disease, kidney failure, or heart conditions. We are committed to eradicate these horrible health events from the community through educating, changing diets and nutrition, and promoting physical fitness.
