MISSION
To promote unity and hope, provide resources and support, change and redirect the lives of at-risk youths, and youths who are part of a gang or associated with a gang especially those who live in degrading underdeveloped communities.
Expanded Mission: Tony Davis Ministries is made up of artists, ministers, community leaders, economic developers, the media, retailers, and faith-based communities committed to encouraging youth in the following ways:
ü Support and promote the significance of a good education and positive marketing.
ü Support and push issues regarding family values.
ü Advocate for easier access of health care, education, housing, and workforce.
ü Empower our youth to change their way of thinking by receiving appropriate and accurate information on health, social and community issues.
ü Encourage our youth to take their future very seriously by doing their best and more
Description
Minister Tony Davis has been hosting 'Stop the Violence-Increase the Peace' events for the past 3 years, Successful past events have captured the attention of business and community leadership resulting in requests for Tony Davis Ministries to bring 'Stop the Violence-Increase the Peace Campaign' to additional cities across the nation. Tony Davis Ministries is a faith-based, 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization located in both Georgia and California. Tony is not a stranger to the senseless violence of gangs. On July 1, 2003 he was shot five times by a Los Angeles-based gang. Since then, Tony has grown as the seasons of his own life have deepened his awareness of God's grace, mercy, faithfulness, and compassion.
