Description
About JPEF:
The Jewish Partisan Educational Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to creating educational materials about these and other Jewish resistance fighters, also known as partisans. These people stood up against oppression and tyranny and made a difference. Many of them were teenagers.
JPEF has developed films, printed curriculum and a website to teach about the Jewish partisans to 7th-12th grade students. The organization uses these inspirational stories of resistance by teenagers to foster leadership and empowerment in the youth of today. We hope, through the stories of the Jewish partisans, to show teens that they have the ability to make great changes in today's world.
