Description

Roots of Success is a non-profit social enterprise that produces and distributes an environmental education program that is used with youth and adults who have not been served well by the education system. The program is taught in job training programs, prisons, jails, juvenile facilities, high schools, youth programs, libraries and other settings in 36 states and 3 countries. The curriculum and teaching training revolve around innovative, non-traditional learning approaches that prepare low-income youth and adults for jobs and career pathways in the green economy and to improve conditions in their communities
