The Carousel Center’s mission is two-fold: To meet the physical, emotional and psychological needs of children who have suffered physical or sexual abuse; and to improve the community through child abuse education and prevention

Who We Are

The Carousel Center is an accredited child advocacy center built to serve the needs of children who have experienced abuse and neglect, as well as support their non-offending caregivers.

What We Do

Carousel’s Team is committed to assisting victims of child abuse by providing vital forensic/medical and trauma therapy services to children throughout Southeastern North Carolina.

Who We Serve

In the past five years, The Carousel Center has seen more than 1,100 children between the ages of birth and 17 years old from the three counties we primarily serve (New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender).
