• Sub Acute Rehab - Services include Physical, Occupational, Speech therapies and Rehab Nursing. Our staff specializes in pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation with extensive proficiency in treating neurological, orthopedic and medically complex patients.
• Palliative Care-Specially trained staff focuses attention to pain and symptom management for end of life care. A multi-disciplinary approach is provided in a setting designed to meet changing needs with dignity and respect.
• Dementia Care- Families are comforted by the physical design of the secure unit, compassionate staff, extensive activities and re-direction provided to those with significant memory loss.
• Skilled Residential/Long Term Care- Iroquois provides the highest quality care to patients with complex medical problems that require long term skilled care
