Mission Statement

Community Housing Solutions’ mission is to provide decent, safe, and affordable housing to low-income households. We are working toward the elimination of substandard housing by restoring dignity and hope to families living in Guilford County.

Description

Community Housing Solutions is a small non profit organization based in Guilford County, North Carolina. We provide home repairs to low income families who own their homes, but do not have the means to make necessary repairs. Our work keeps families and seniors in their homes longer - in safer, drier, and warmer conditions.

CHS also renovates homes and builds new "in-fill" homes in targeted low income neighborhoods to help stabilize these communities and provide new home ownership opportunities for low income families.
