The mission of Ironheart Foundation is to transform, empower and impact the lives of those affected with heart disease. Ironheart provides heart disease education, support and athletic inspiration. Ironheart makes a difference internationally by inspiring, connecting and saving lives through athletics, health education and community outreach.

Ironheart offers a 3-pillar solution to addressing the needs of cardiac patients and caregivers.

  1. Ironheart Team- Ironheart Foundation has a global community of cardiac athletes which inspire others through athletic achievement and encourage an active lifestyle after a heart disease diagnosis. We share stories of inspiration.
  2. Ironheart Medical Network- We provide free consult and referral to major cardiac centers of excellence and access to patients that have gone through similar medical issues via Ironheart's Cardiac Coach Program. We also provide a first hug for those going through open heart surgery or who are living with heart disease with our care kit program.
  3. Ironheart Academy- Ironheart Foundation focuses on education on topics that matter most to cardiac patients and caregivers utilizing subject matter experts from across the globe.
