Mission Statement

The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington is to help boys and girls of all backgrounds, especially those who need us most, build confidence, develop character and acquire the skills to become productive, civic-minded, responisble adults.

Description

Boys and Girls Club operates under 5 core areas. These are Character and Leadership Development, Education, Health and Life Skills, Recreation and The Arts. We assist kids between the ages of 6 and 18 with their homework and studying as well as provide them with after-school clubs that focus on these 5 areas. Through our programming we help supplement our student's education and help to close the achievement gap.
