Breaking Free Therapeutic Riding Center is a wonderful program dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. The program is small but has a big impact. The organization's leaders are all committed to making the program one of the best with limited resources. It is so wonderful to work with a special needs individual and watch them progress each and every session. It tugs at your heart to see limited mobility children learn to hold the reins, non verbal children learn to kiss to walk on, and timid children grow confidence as they learn to give commands and the horse responds! The joy on the children's faces as they greet their horses at the beginning of each class is genuine and makes all the hard work worth it. Thanks Breaking Free!!

This is a great program run by lots of very caring people, The kids they help have so much fun and really make physical and mental progress. The founders do this as a total non profit and even provide the scholarships for many students. The volunteer opportunities are very rewarding.
