"To Help Those That Want A Second Chance!!! "Where Second Chances Are Earned!"

Blissful Enterprise Outreaches was organized to help ex-offenders just being released from prison with a safe place to live, three meals a day, programming taylored to there needs/issues for the first 180 days of their parole/conditional release.

"No More Victims!!!"

All citizens coming through our programs will soon learn this from the very beginning. We will help them to accept the responsibility for their actions, help them learn victim empathy, and encourage them to choose a Victim Free, crime free life style once back in society.

Description

Blissful Enterprise Outreaches first project will be Serenity Estates.

We are currantly checking out this state closed facility in Lincoln Illinois called Lincoln Developmental Center/Lincoln Estates. This small community has been close for over ten years and would be ideal to begin BEO and Serenity Estates.

There are (5) homes that have been remodled already and would be ideal for us to begin our halfway house facilities, and here will be where we will hold the programs as well. There is also an administration building where we could have our offices as well. Also there would be plenty of room for growth in our next phases to help with further housing and employment possibilities for the ex-offenders.

We are also looking at other properties in and around the Bloomington/Normal area as well.

I also know that there is a growing need to help out ex-offenders. One of the many ways to have less victims is if the ex-offenders understand the devastation they have caused and they can make better choices in the future, and for them to get the help so they can see this. May God Bless Blissful Enterprise Outreaches, and I wish the best for them and all who will be in their programs in the future.
