For more than 100 years, the Lutheran Church has provided Christ-centered care for older adults. Lutheran Homes of South Carolina, a non-profit organization, embraces that tradition by providing the finest in continuing care retirement living and hospice services.

Tucked into the beautiful Carolina Foothills in Inman, S.C., Rosecrest features homes for independent living and a full continuum of care in a 91,000 square foot Health Care Center.
