R.I.S.E.'s purpose is to cultivate a safe environment for the development and empowerment of the undocumented student community at UC Berkeley.

Description

Rising Immigrant Scholars through Education (R.I.S.E.) at Berkeley organizes the immigrant community through education and empowerment to strive for educational equity, to achieve justice and equality for our families and communities, and to increase the base of support and awareness for undocumented students’ issues and influence local and national politics.
