The 2018 hurricane season has been extraordinarily active in parts of the U.S., with Hurricane Florence currently impacting millions in the Carolinas. The Center for Educational Advancement (CEA) is a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Our mission is to Educate, Empower and Employ individuals with special needs.
Since 1970, CEA has been helping individuals with special needs to achieve self-sufficiency through employment. CEA also operates Spring Run School (SRS) which is a State of NJ private secondary special education high school serving the needs of youth age 14 - 21 with physical, emotional, and developmental disabilities.
We have been serving students living in the surrounding communities since 1984. CEA also provide vocational and transitional services to all youth attending our Employment Services Programs.
CEA's Employment Training Programs include Food Services, Office Technologies, Packaging & Assembly and Building Maintenance.
Our mission is supported by our CEA Packaging department which provides custom packaging and inspection services to the community in our FDA approved facility for re-packaging and re-labeling.
