Mission Statement
The mission of Friends of Steas Park is to work with the neighborhood, the Dept. of Parks & Recreation and all others who use Stead Park to create and maintain a safe, attractive environment for play and learning and to conceive and implement appropriate programming for children

A board consisting of 12 members and a Program Director to create and oversee events & programs at Stead Park and to help maintain and improve the park.
