The mission of the museum is to preserve and present the history and diversity in baseball by entertaining, educating, and enlightening the visiting public about the multicultural heritage of baseball and the values it represents.

Description

Situated at League Park in Cleveland, Ohio, where many of the greats such as Babe Ruth, Ty Cobb, Cy Young, Tris Speaker, Shoeless Joe Jackson, and Satchel Paige played. Babe Ruth hit his 500th home run here on August 11, 1929. Here you will experience interactive exhibits with rare photos, jerseys, programs, letters, autographs and other game used treasured memorabilia detailing important contributions from the Latin and Caribbean Baseball Athletes, Industrial Leagues, Barnstormers, Negro Leagues and Woman's Teams to the Major and Minor Leagues
