Mission Statement

Kingdom Christian Center Church International is a community-based church whose mission is to "reach the up-and-out and the down-and-out." Established in 1992 as an African American Episcopal (AME) Zion church affiliate in Anacostia Washington, KCCCI provided direct social service (food, shelter, clothing) and training (tutorial services, life skills, entrepreneurial development and spiritual enrichment) to thousands from underserved populations, including: at-risk children and youth, the homeless, welfare-to-workers and ex-offenders.

Today, as a thriving non-denominational congregation in Lanham, MD, our vision of global empowerment for all people continues.

Description

Kingdom Christian Center Church International is a community-based church also known as an "Empowerment Zone," where we are intentional about helping people discover and live their best lives.

This has been accomplished through various workshops such as:

Financial workshops for Adults & Teens, Recognizing and Fullfilling Your Purpose, Parenting...and more.

We provide community events such as Community Day, Movie Night, Poetry Night. As well as work with local, national, and international organizations with providing business and leadership summits.

We also partner with local governement agencies such as the Department of Social Services (DSS) through partnering with the P.G. County Faith-Based Initiative Group.
