Mission Statement

The Dekalb Academy of Technology and Environment, Inc. will be recognized as one of the top ten charter schools in the state of Georgia and the nation. Students will be engaged in a challenging curriculum that is focused on inquiry-based, hands-on learning while comfortably using technology and environment. Students will also share responsibility for the protection, conservation, and enhancement of the environment for present and future generations.

The Dekalb Academy of Technology and Environment, Inc. is a "Community Charter School" that provides quality instruction and a climate in which learning is paramount and high expectations are expected for all.
