Description
Refugee Resettlement Program (504) 457-3462
Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans Refugee Services provides resettlement and self-sufficiency services to over 100 newly arrived refugees and other immigrants with humanitarian legal status each year. We welcome refugees to the Greater New Orleans area with case management, employment assistance, cultural orientation, and other services to ensure their self-sufficiency and integration into our community. Case managers support refugee clients who are resettled here by the U.S. government from countries all over the world - from the time of their arrival at the airport for up to five years after their arrival. Common countries of origin include Cuba, Iraq, and Burma.
