Our mission is to empower people in the five north sound counties of Washington state to become self-sufficient. We serve as a bridge between those in need and community resources. We connect volunteers and donors with community agencies.

Description

At Volunteers of America North Sound 2-1-1 we are dedicated to connecting our callers with the appropriate support and community resources specific to their situations. This easy to remember, three-digit number simplifies access to services by eliminating frustrating searches through multiple 800 numbers. By simply dialing 2-1-1, callers will reach Information and Referral Specialists who are trained to provide suitable information on social services, as well as volunteer and donation opportunities inn their local area.

I inquired twice and never even got a response. What's up with that? Are they truly in need of volunteers?
