Description

The Sierra Club is the world's oldest and largest environmental volunteer organization. Founded in 1892 by John Muir, the Sierra Club is dedicated to protecting the planet through grassroots volunteer activism. Our local group, serving Manatee and Sarasota counties on Florida's west coast, actively protects and conserves the fragile ecosystems of our area. Volunteers can help us save our land, air and water through a variety of enjoyable and effective activities.
