Mission Statement

The Mission of Silver Platter Kitchen is to provide an affordable professional commercial kitchen incubator and culinary program to economically disadvantaged women and minorities of Central Florida. To help our members through education, training and technical support to build and develop new, self-sustaining, and profitable food related businesses that will create sustainable, permanent jobs in Central Florida's food industry and the community.

Description

Culinary Incubator, Shared-kitchen and Culinary program. Our members launch and grow their small food business through workshops, and advises. Our kitchen incubator program is based in comprehensive program and mentoring to develop their ideas into a self-sustaining successful small business that will impact the economy in our community. The program length is a six month free program.
