Mission Statement

We seek to inspire, educate, and facilitate the character growth for success of current and prospective leaders, by providing valuable relationships through networking, positive reinforcement, professional, and educational support programs. We envision a better world where leaders realize their passions and powers within; leading them to change communities and the world so that they may live a more meaningful life.

Description

We strive to create a beneficial bond between young perspective leaders and successful leaders in the community. We do this through mentoring programs and specialized subcommittes. Our subcommittees focus on things such as social justice issues, environmental issues, educational training, and disadvantaged youth. We want to make sure that everyone has the same opportunities to succeed.
