Mission Statement

The mission of this organization shall be to render services to CentraCare Health-Monticello; to enhance the quality of life to patients, residents, and personnel; and to provide assistance, cooperation and encouragement toward the achievement of goals and objectives of CentraCare Health-Monticello in promoting the health and welfare of the community.
