Mission Statement

You Can Thrive! Foundation began in 2005 with a wide mission. The overall goal is the alleviation of psychosocial and physical distress by using patient centered programs to promote healing and better health after breast cancer.

Description

Our unique wellness model has professional and trained volunteers who encourage survivors by providing information and educational resources to help them tailor a personalized long-term 'survivorship plan' by providing; education, nutritional and physical risk reduction, wellness services, peer support and advocacy . Following conventional treatment, many cancer survivors lack a follow-up prevention plan, creating a critical chasm in our system.
