BBB’s mission is to be the leader in advancing marketplace trust. We do this by: Setting standards for marketplace trust Encouraging and supporting best practices by engaging with and educating consumers and businesses Celebrating marketplace role models Calling out and addressing substandard marketplace behavior Creating a community of trustworthy businesses and charities BBB sees trust as a function of two primary factors - integrity and performance. Since 1987 BBB Serving Northeast Florida & the Southeast Atlantic has been committed to promoting trust in the marketplace . Our dedicated staff served the northeast Florida region exclusively until merging with the southeast Atlantic region in 2009. We now encompass an area of 58 counties, with two regional offices providing assistance to both consumers and businesses alike. We strive to advance the BBB’s Standards of Trust within our community .
