As a Bay Area non-profit, we bridge the gap between medical treatment and physical activity by working with healthcare professionals to bring exercise directly to patients. The latest research acknowledges the power of exercise in complementing cancer treatment, improving recovery and increasing survival rates. In addition to certification and training, our core programs provide cancer exercise counseling and exercise classes tailored to the specifics needs of clients with various forms of cancer and treatment types. Over the last 10 years, we have established partnerships with Stanford Cancer Center, UCSF Cancer Center, Marin General Hospital, SF General Hospital, numerous cancer-focused NGO’s, as well as local fitness clubs like Western Athletic Clubs (Bay Clubs) and Fitness SF.
