LAKE COUNTY 4-H FOUNDATION

Description

Lake County 4-H Foundation was formed for the following purposes:

1. Secures resources to support the Lake County 4-H program in its effort to teach youth leadership, citizenship and life skills;
2. To foster mental, physical, social, spiritual and all other aspects of youth development;
3. To support Extension programs in the interest of youth as the Board of Directors of this 4-H Foundation may deem appropriate;
4. The corporation shall distribute its income, if any, for each taxable year at such time and such manner as not to become subject to tax on undistributed income imposed; and
5. To carry on any lawful activity not for pecuniary profit necessary or incidental to the attainment of the objectives of the 4-H Foundation.
