Mission Statement

We strive to serve our community by offering people who have no other healthcare options access to medical, pharmaceutical, and other health-related services either by providing those services directly or by supplying avenues of access to other providers who can fulfill the services we don’t furnish. Our purpose is to make a significant contribution to the health and well-being of our friends and neighbors in need.

Description

Our vision is to provide and sustain excellent medical care and preventive-care services on a daily basis, operating as an integral part of Iredell County’s community. We will be caring, innovative, and highly effective such that not only will we furnish excellent patient care, but we will become the volunteer opportunity of choice for our community.
