To provide temporary homes and medical treatment and/or vaccinations when needed for the stray, the unwanted and the abused companion animals of Jo Daviess County. To find loving permanent homes through adoption procedure. To create an aware and caring society by educating the public in the humane care and treatment of animals. To promote spaying and neutering to reduce pet over population.
