Thames Valley Council For Community Action (TVCCA)

A Moveable Feast Program (AMF)

Prepares and delivers hot nourishing, kitchen prepared meals to the homes of New London County residents and their families who are undergoing treatment for cancer, autoimmune diseases, recovering from surgery or other acute medical condition. So as not to conflict or dupicate services i.e. Meals on Wheels AMF is available to people under the age of 60. This program is based on need and not income.

Based on the belief that good nutition is vital to the healing process.

Description

Prepares and delivers hot nourishing meals to residents of New London County who are undergoing treatment for cancer, autoimmune diseases or recovering from surgey.

Meals are distributed in both the New London and Norwich Area between the hours of 3:00-4:30 Monday-Thursday
