Mission Statement

Abi’s Place is dedicated to building the skills of children with autism and complex disabilities to create a foundation for life-long success through the delivery of highly individualized education, outpatient services, community involvement and lending support to families.

Description

Abi's Place provides special needs children in South Florida with the resources that they need, including a full day school program, after care, summer camp, and individual therapy sessions such as Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapies. We help children with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and other complex developmental, physical, and psychological disabilities realize their potential, and provide much needed support to their families by doing so. We individualize curriculum around the unique skills and challenges of each student, and provide an extremely high standard of care - in some cases a 1:1 student:teacher ratio - in order to give our students the resources needed to truly excel.
