Fly-Chicks, Inc. (Fly-Chicks) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2013. Fly-Chicks was established with a mission to give teen girls a voice to share their stories and experiences - and show them how to use that voice as a catalyst for empowerment and change.

The founders of Fly-Chicks, Tiffani Phelps and Tanya Phelps, are specialist in youth development with a focus on communication, character building, and leadership development.

Fly-Chicks delivers a unique, demonstrated communication platform aimed at allowing participants to achieve wholeness and well-being through three proprietary models: "Think. Speak. Do.", Storytelling, and the Awareness, Discovery and Development for SELF (A.D.D.S.) model.
