Suffolk L.I. M&M is an all volunteer, free mentoring program serving new adults (ages 18-34) across Suffolk County of Long Island. We aim to inspire new adults, by providing them with the resources and guidance they need to succeed, and serve generations to come.

Suffolk L.I. M&M was founded by Executive Director Heawon Hake, LCSW-R, ASAC, a licensed psychotherapist and addiction counselor with over 25 years of experience working in Suffolk County. At Suffolk L.I. M&M we are working to transform and further Ms. Hake’s vision of aiding new adults, fostering a generation of burgeoning leaders, professionals, and citizens.

We value dignity and freedom of each person, importance of human relationships, integrity, competence, and social justice. We are comprised of professionals, mentors, mentees, board members, and volunteers in focusing on the the integrity of Suffolk County.
