Implementation of programming includes outreach programs, fitness classes, nutrition program and volunteer opportunities.

Description

Project CARE stands for Community Action to Reach the Elderly. This program is a "safety net" of services for Encinitas Seniors and disabled adults. If you live alone, this is a great program. Seniors may choose from a variety of free services designed to help them remain living safely in their own homes.
