Mission Statement

AJC Children's Foundation aims to provide the underprivileged and abandoned children of Honduras with opportunities to create a fulfilling and successful future for themselves and their communities.

We have partnerships with the international community created to empower the next generation to make a difference in their own homes, villages, and countries.

Description

The AJC Children's Foundation is a small group of loving and generous people who donate their time and resources to make a huge difference in the lives of underprivileged and abandoned kids in Honduras.

Our programs include:
-An educational and housing facility that is home to 60 boys
-A scholarship program that supports 54 girls
-A computer school
-A soon to be accredited welding and auto mechanic trade school
-A backpack and school supply distribution program that distributes over 800 packs to children in need

Here in South Florida we obtain the resources to sustain these projects. This includes an annual golf tournament and various sponsorship programs. We also collect new and used items and ship 40 foot containers to Honduras. Items collected range from clothing, shoes, sports equipment, school supplies, lockers, books, desks, beds, tile, toys, etc.
